Avalarian Civil War Estimation Map

Ok, just another random upload. A word of warning, there is a VERY big amount of blerb to read here, and reading it is probably the best way to figure out this map and all the reasons why what does what.

As many of you know, my OC lord Greywater is aiming to take the Avalarian throne, and was effectively banished to the Netherlands by Ddraigtanto. Grey is VERY good at showing up Ddraigtanto and brining out the worst in him, but that doesn't mean Greywater is a BAD person, neither Ddraig nor Grey are, they both just want the same muguffin.

This map is an estimation as to which states and provinces would side with which side in the event of a civil war, and why.

Of course, lets look at the HQs of the two sides.

First, you have Avalar itself. This is the seat of the country's monarchy, it has been home to Ddraigtanto for years, and when he became king, he made his [very large] manor-like townhouse the country's palace. Ever since, Ddraigtanto has had a fairly unshakeable base of loyalists and a few loyal lords which congregate in Warfang, known as the Crown Lords. Naturally, the capital province will be loyal to the Crown in the event of a civil war.

On the other side, you have the Netherlands. The Dutch had never been truly happy being part of Avalar. Ddraig only ever did so much to improve relations, but ultimately, putting soldiers in the Netherlands was a straw that broke the Orange Camel's back.
Greywater however was a Dutchman himself, and seemed to symbolise the anger and rebel sentiment of the Dutch people. From his city, the city of Greywater, and his elaborate palace and impregnable fortress he plans his attack. As a result, the Netherlands is effectively the base of operations for the ambitious Dutch Lord.

However, there is actually a third side to the field: Belgium.
Belgium (Aka. The European Commonweal) is the seat of the European Union, both in Avalar and Europe as a whole. However, the European Union is a multinational organisation, as a result, it takes a neutral stance on the hostilities. It basically ensures that the supporting states will have EU protection, and both Crown and Grey forces face international problems if they do anything to endanger supporting states, which effectively renders them out of the grabbing zones of the two forces.
