Quick Bio:

Outside of Asia, little is known about the Emperor Long'Li of the Indonesian Empire, at least as far as European Dragons are concerned. From Asia however, people know a fair amount about the dragon Emperor.

Long'Li is an Asian Imperial dragon who claims to have been born in Ancient China. It is uncertain how he came to ascend to the throne of any country, let along the vast empire we now know as the Indonesian Empire. One can only assume he, like other dragon rulers back in Europe, claimed the throne when the previous leader of the Empire died or stood down.

We do know that Long'Li is a follower of Confucianism, and is a keen follower of its teachings, and is arguably one of the factors in his life which makes him considerably easier to live with, since it instilled a somewhat more generous streak into what would otherwise be an old fashioned and stubborn dragon. However, even with his faith, Long'Li is rather narrow minded, and even rather sexist (in the eyes of the Western World, at least).

Long'Li appears to be a somewhat militaristic leader, hoping to expand his country to control the entire Bengali Bay between India, and Burma and Thailand. However, this has the problem of causing hostility between Avalar, a European dragon country in the West which frequently trades with India and with which a generally good relationship is shared; to attack them again could potentially result in another inter-racial war, something both sides deeply wish to avoid, which explains why, since the late 90s, the Indonesian Empire has relented its warpath, and is generally acting peacefully.

The Asian dragon is also a single father of three children: two boys and a girl, all Asian dragons.
Long'Cheng is Long'Li's eldest son, and perhaps even Li's favoured child. Cheng is a near spitting image of his father, sharing many of his merits (and flaws); Cheng is less of a follower of Confucianism than his father, but is still fairly devout, while at the same time being more adventurous and willing to look at new ideas; however, he is somewhat more selfish than Li and somewhat more aggressive at the same time. Cheng is around 19 dragonyears old.
Long'Bao is the middle child. She is Li's second child and only daughter. Unfortunately as mentioned before, Li is rather sexist, and therefore Bao finds herself frequently thrust into a position of chastity and virtue as many ancient Chinese women had been, despite only being around 14 draagonyears of age. However, despite being a rather intelligent young dragoness, she knows little outside of her own life, and as far as we know about Li, he'd rather it stay that way.
Long'Liang is Li's youngest son. Currently, he's somewhat foolish and naive, but at the same time he is a curious dragon with a strong desire to learn; he is known to take discipline considerably worse than the other children, and is frequently in trouble with his father (showing the bruise marks to prove it, as Li is liable to use corporal punishment to discipline his children).

Overall, Long'Li seems to follow the category of "Good doesn't mean Nice", since he means well, but just doesn't necessarily act like a nice person to achieve it.

Well, I threw some random stuff together, and here we have a new bio!

This one is for my first Asian dragon OC, Long'Li, where I just complied all the data I had originally thought of for Li in the past.

I am thinking of adding a pic to this as a preview image, I just need to make it first...

Obviously, Long'Li (Li) belongs to me.
