Description
Alright, I don't really do this a lot, though I want to. And so, here's my latest Sims 3 thing: Nexus' new flat.
Ok, lets get this sorted out first: The original building, the shell, I didn't make that. No, the original building was a hangout called the Red Rendezvous, which could be found in the town of Twinbrook. The funny thing about buildings like these (also incuding the spa, consignment store, salon, and laundromat) all had things on the first floor, but sims were also allowed upstairs; but if you went upstairs, you would find absolutely nothing at all! All that was there would be a vast, open and empty floor, containing nothing at all. To me, this seems like three things:
1.) Stupidly unrealistic.
2.) Wasted Space.
3.) A useful opportunity to make some flats.
If you remember Nex's old flat ( www.deviantart.com/art/Nex-s-A… see here if you don't remember that), it was very much a bachelor's pad, which isn't a very good thing if you happen to be raising a younger brother. However, this might be a sign that Nexus isn't very good at buying homes, as this flat now goes the other way, and isn't really all that great for a young dragon in that its so old, and it's also above a bar, which will likely get quite noisy. The flat was likely owned by an older person, who had grown sick of living above a bar. But, it had a foosball table, and so it was sold on Nex from the get go.
Nexus (Nex) & Charlemagne (Charlie) belong to Me.
Twinbrook, this building & The Sims 3 belong to EA.
