Hi folks. I've been asked by AMCAlmaron to notify y'all about a discord channel we're working on. Link below, still a WIP, but consider this something of a proof of concept.

Please be aware this is aa very early stage thing atm, and I'm not terribly confident in Discord, so it's very much barebones atm.

So yeah, I am on Discord, currently -at time of writing- using a lovely pic of my OC made by DragonOfIceAndFire as my pfp. I have no idea what I'm doing over there, but I may try integrating it more into my DA stuff once I figure it out. For now I'm just using it to communicate with DA folk who are over there whom I'm interested in, or whatever I end up using it for. I don't intend to make a server or anything yet, since I still have no idea what I'm doing, but yeah: Updates! Ain't that fun?

Due to the sheer length of time that oSaS has been un-updated, and the various changes to my writing style. Me and AMCAlmaron are going to be rewriting and reworking The Legend of Spyro: Of Snakes and Savages, or oSaS for short.

Going forward, the story is now going to be rewritten, and split into two stories: The Indomalaya Affair, and a retooled Of Snakes and Savages. I will leave the original oSaS elements on my profile, and all oSaS stories published will be documented as Book Two: Of Snakes and Savages.

We'll also be publishing the prologue for Book 2 quite soon, as something of a proof of concept.

Fucking hell the user interface is hostile here. I tried to grin and bear it, try to approach things with some stoicism, you know? But fuck me, this is infuriating. Why has Stash Writer been Thanos-Snapped? Why can't you just delete all the watch postings from your inbox with, like, three clicks like you could before? Why is Watch, notifications, and notes all in different inboxes now? Why does the delete button for individual art pieces hover over a clickable picture that drags you straight to the picture in question with no in-between space to avoid misclicks? AND WHY THE FUCK DOES THAT X KEEP MOVING?!?!

DA, who hurt you? What twisted soul abused you in such a way, you feel the need to hurt and upset the people who love you?

Good grief, this site is upsettingly depressing now. I'm almost tempted to put some chips on that Art.Rise thing now, just because DA is giving me such bad Juju right now. Not going anywhere for now, but fuck me, this site is annoying to use now. :c

While I do think our new compulsory inclusion into Eclipse... It's gonna take some getting used to. While I don't think this is the end of the world... I also think it's pretty bad, and, yeah, going to take a while to get used to how this interface works. Also I don't think it's coming across too well on Microsoft Edge, because there's a lot of areas of quite ugliness, where titles will appear on or over pictures in a way which isn't exactly flattering.

Bit annoyed by the less than optimal setup for writing, and the minimalism on the writing page kinda sucks. Think from now on I'll write my stuff on GoogleDocs, and then copy/paste it over here when I'm done.

This is not a great day for DA, but while it annoys me... I can live with it. Sorry to all the people to whom this change is a dealbreaker. In truth, I understand completely. :S
