Well, wasn't the Season 5 finale pretty dang sweet? I can't really fault this one after my first viewing, Starlight is such a magnificent bastard, I love that pony so much.

I think I'm going to have to make some alterations to parts of my MLP fanfic, seeing as we've got this particular piece of development, but please bare in mind: This fanfic of mine was written before the finale, and takes place in the early Season 5 timeline, and the major point of divergeance from the canon I'm pegging around the time of Do Princesses Dream of Magic Sheep?...

...I'm keeping Starlight as a pony who used to work as a prison warden though. That's headcanon... That's headartillery now. Pre-finale Starlight would be THE best prison warden pony in Equestria... AU Zecora was also a bit of a badass, I'm definitely going to have to alter stuff.

I AM aware that I've not done a lot of Spyro stuff in a while, I've not forgotten about you! I'm just on a major riff with this pony stuff at the moment, but I am working on a few bits and bobs here and there with regards to that project. and have been doing a pretty good job developing the lore of the series, and... I've been recently contemplating the notion that I should re-read oSaS, and perhaps try my hand at writing some more bits of that sometime.
